Hi Cristi! Hope you had a lovely Easter! I checked out your stroganoff and chicken parm recipes from Monday's menu plan and ~ Yummm! Give me just about anything with noodles or pasta & a great sauce to go with them and I'm a happy girl! LOL I love that you make your own sauce for the parm... It's so much fresher tasting and a lot less expensive than the store bought sauces. Thanks for hosting another great What's Cooking Wednesday! Hope you have an awesome week! ~Mary
