We love a nutritious and delicious seafood meal in our household… particularly one that can be quick! As parents, we strive to provide the best for our children but often face the difficulties of school, work, after school activities, and well… life in general!  In the midst of all of the chaos, a nice cooked meal at home with the family can be beneficial in many ways.
