HI,
I shared my Homemade Ghee with a video and a n article about the therapeutic uses of probiotics.
Thank you for hosting. This week I shared my homemade hashbrowns recipe. You can make these ahead and freeze them as well, which is what I did.
Great party so far and it's still early! Thanks for hosting.

Hi Christi, Thanks for hosting a great party. I wanted to share a recipe for protein balls either as a post workout recovery snack or a mid day snack to prevent binging out at dinner. There yummy, no bake and all natural.
Delicious recipe! I'll have to try that!
I shared: Lea's Spiced Yogurt Recipe, and Make Your Own Granola

Hey Cristi,
Just found this event through beyondthepeel.net. I'm an STL native as well. It always amuses me when the internet connects you with someone who lives in the same town. :)
I submitted a fried rice recipe with bell peppers and mushrooms. Hope you enjoy.
I've posted a recipe for Boston Baked Beans. It'easy, economical, and uses only real foods!! Thank-you for letting me share!!
