EcoSMART Review & Giveaway

With over 15 years of research behind them, EcoSMART Technologies has become a leader in the world of safe pesticide solutions.  EcoSMART was the first company to apply modern science to essential plant oils to create safe products for children and pets, while packing the punch of your average synthetic pesticide to kill bugs fast.  With such popularity, EcoSMART has also been covered in the news by the likes of Baby Talk Magazine, The New York Post, and Parenting.com!

We had the opportunity to try out one of their Value Bundles:

We ultimately selected the Safe Plant & Garden Value Bundle, to go perfect with our garden!  It was right on time because we were just about to start clearing out some of our spring/summer veggies to make room for our fall plants when we received it to try out. We also were planning to kill the remainder of grass surrounding everything in order to lay wood chips down and make the garden a little neater.  We sprayed areas that were heavy with grass/weeds and used newspaper for the remainder of the garden area... between the newspaper to help kill the weeds/grass and the spray, we should be solid!! 

The Weed & Grass Killer worked like a charm as we sprayed prior to putting down newspaper and the wood chips.  The Insect Repellant Spray was helpful as well as we worked in the garden.  I haven't had to use the Fungicide or the Insect Killer yet, but have it nearby just in case :)  So far, I am impressed with the products and love being able to have/use a safe product in the garden that wouldn't harm my plants or require lots of itching cream from all of the insect bites in the garden.
