Oh I've seen these and I want it! I get so many peppers each year, I end up freezing them but I'd love to learn canning. I'd like to eventually can fruit from the fruit trees I've planted in my yard, veggies from my garden, along with the fun salsa, jams, pickles, etc.! Thanks!

I planned on canning this year and got less of a harvest than anticipated...so I have made a lot of of salsa and spaghetti sauce but it gets eaten before it needs saved! I did make some nice bread and butter refrigerator pickles!
