Review: Living The Thin Life offers advice and tips in the realm of Pep Talks, Food Tips, Exercise and more. It provides helpful food logs, recipes, and personal plan worksheets. At the end of each chapter you even have homework assignments to help keep you moving along in her book.
Determining your Eating Personality was a little difficult to understand, particularly for those of us who may be caught in the middle. The Ideal Weight Section was a little depressing, although it provides great insight as to where/what range you should be in. The Exercise Tips were also good to know. While I haven't quite committed to a complete exercise workout, it got the wheels turning as to how to go about doing it. Of the recipes listed, the Crab Mushroom Omelet sounds like a winner to me! In all, I think this is a great reference book to have and use to help keep you motivated in losing weight and maintaining the weight loss.
