We took them both to the park and had a little fun in the sun.  The Aerobie Sprint Ring was ideal for my daughter since it's geared for ages 7+.  I think it's safe to say we all were surprised at how it worked and how long it would stay in the air!  As for the Rocket Ball, my son IMMEDIATELY tore into it and began throwing it (and kicking, lol!) around.  You can pretty much go by the equation:  Energetic Boy + Ball = LOTS OF FUN!
