Thank you for hosting. This week I shared my oven "fried" chicken recipe. Tasty and much healthier than real fried chicken. I normally use drumsticks since they are dirt cheap, but you can use any bone in chicken parts.

I finally made it to post this week - every time I try I am too late! I love this blog - one of my favorites! I posted recipes for a delicious quiche and and old fashioned Sawdust Pie - both great for last minute guests or to put together quick!
