"Giving Thanks" Blogiversary Giveaway: PetCakes!

Well Made Toy Manufacturing Corporation has created a hit with their collectible series of plush animals called PetCakes! Combining cute animals and cupcakes, these cute toys will make a great stocking stuffer for the upcoming holidays!

Available at toysrus.com (online only – not in the stores), Amazon.com and eToys.com, they have a retail value of $13.99 each!

Each PetCakes animal features a “frosting” hat, comes nestled in its own cupcake wrapper and has its own whimsical backstory. At first look, children will see a delicious cupcake but will then be surprised by the pet they find snuggled inside!

With more than six additional generations of PetCakes debuting in 2011, they will feature new puppies, kittens, bears, rabbits, raccoons and other furry friends!

We had the opportunity to review PetCakes Series 1, which features these cozy collectibles puppies:

 

Randy Candy- is known for scampering around playfully and taking long naps in his cupcake wrapper. Randy Candy is topped with tasty frosting and a cherry.

Blueberry Buddy- is a Shar Pei who acts tough for his size but is a loving push over who’s as sweet as the blueberry frosting on his head.

Twinkle Sprinkles- is a playful, loving, and mischievous Beagle, who likes to yelp when happy and sleep in her cupcake wrapper where her nose stays nice and toasty.

Coco-Coconut- is a fluffy poodle with a loving side that is as sweet as a frosted cupcake.

These were a hit as soon as they came through the door! My son loves either throwing them or playing peek-a-boo with them, while my daughter loves to cuddle with them, lol!! These are really cute toys… such vibrant colors and very cuddly.
