Baking Day...Success!

So I decided to help in saving money on "impulse buying" and last minute dinners/snacks/etc, to have a "Freezer Baking Day" for the first time last Friday. Here's what was on the list of foods for December:

2 Lasagnas
2 dozen meatballs (for spaghetti & meatball subs)
3 dozen whole wheat pancakes (bluberry & plain)
2 mixed berry loaves
1 dozen blueberry muffins
2 banana nut loaves
1 dozen pumpkin-cranberry muffins
2 Cheesy Chicken Casseroles:

turkey pot pie & chicken pot pie:

1 dozen banana nut muffins:

In all, it was successful and I'm glad I did it!  Before I know it, it'll be time for planning January's meals :)
